Thank you everyone for your kind words and huge amount of support to our family. We are safe and our home has been spared however the as the fires continue to ravage the island we lose more sacred land, wildlife, endangered species and our community continues to suffer.
Our heartfelt gratitude and thanks goes out to @sa_countryfireservices and @nationalparkssa, our community & friends who have worked tirelessly for days and nights to fight the KI fires with very limited support, back up or resources. Our property was back burned on the western side to meet the raging fire burning on the north eastern side of our valley. We feel so blessed that most of our hives and infrastructure have survived. We have however lost our orchard, hives, workshop, tools, pumps, tanks and irrigation systems.
We very much value your support during this time.
We will be at the Willunga Farmers Market every Saturday in January from 8.00-12.30 or you can purchase our product online.

The bush will regenerate, we look forward to its new growth. We will learn from our experiences and work together as a local community to protect our natural heritage, flora, fauna, homes, farms, animals and country with the expertise of ecologists to mosaic burn, plant fire resistant species, plan, manage and prepare for the future.
