Our family harvest raw organic honey from Ligurian bees on Kangaroo Island which forage on the Island’s abundance of native flora, rich in Melaleuca, Mallee and Tea Tree. We cold extract from wooden hives, then lightly sieve, to ensure we preserve the natural enzymes and retain the antioxidants and antibacterial properties of our raw and organic honey.
